VT & the coaches tell us when to have these events. We have some input but very little. Not a ton of interest in basketball during the middle of football season yet we did get a crowd of close to 300 last Monday. For the football kick off in July at the same location we had 1500+.

Roanoke has similar events and would be easy for you to make those. I think you really wanted to come to Richmond because the event was in a brewery.
